It is still winter but Spring and baseball are around the corner. The Atlanta Braves came to town Monday (Jan 24) as part of their second annual Braves Country Caravan.

A few more pictures to share from last week’s icing over central Georgia. I enjoyed watching the birds! I am ready for the gray days to be over and to see some signs of the promise of Spring!

We had a “winter storm” this week …so of course I will share some pictures from around town! We don’t get much snow in Georgia…and we got mostly ice..not snow. It looked pretty…. as long as you weren’t trying to drive on it!

I hope every one had a great holiday season. We got snow in Georgia on Christmas evening but NOT at our house. It was the first Christmas day snow since 1882 for Georgia.

There was plenty of snow nearby .. so I have some pictures to share…
